One-Page Checkout [Support Thread]

Can I ask whether this module will work with Sagepay Form? I know it's not listed in the documentation for payment methods but given that Sagepay is a default Zen Cart payment module in 1.5.5 I was wondering whether the two are compatible?

On initial (albeit cursory) inspection, I don't see anything in the sagepay_zc_form method that should cause problems but I can't say for sure.

My suggestion: Preferably, install the plugin on a test site to verify. If you don't have a test site, you can install the One-Page Checkout (it's fairly non-intrusive in its core-file modifications) and, during a slow time on your store, enable OPC and its debug and then "quick as a bunny" attempt to place an order via SagePay.

Re: One-Page Checkout [Support Thread]

Thanks for the quick reply.

The site is being developed so is still in the testing phase and therefore I can give your suggestion a go. I'll report back my findings here in case anyone else is interested in using Sagepay.

Having tested OPC with various payment modules (including PayPal, eWay, Nochex etc), I can't see why it would not work with Sagepay.

Personally, I would go ahead and install OPC, do a test with a low priced test product and see what happens.

What version of One-Page Checkout? What shipping and payment methods?

Do you have a publicly-available link you could provide? You can send it to me via PM if you don't want it posted.

I sent you a "contact us" email from your store to get some login credentials for your store so that I can see what is going on.

Re: One-Page Checkout [Support Thread]

Encountered an issue with ZC 1.5.5b and OPC 1.0.7 installed (long time customer alerted me of this by phone - it pays to look after your customers.... others would just leave and business is lost).

OPC enabled as I had it enabled with all other versions of OPC. The cart is configured to allow free shipping for domestic orders over $150, has been like that for years and always worked fine.

The customer has goods over $150 in the cart thus gets the message

Free Shipping
Free shipping for orders over $150.00

Next the customer clicks the 'Confirm Order' button and promptly gets the error messages

Error Your available shipping options have changed. Please re-select your desired shipping method.
Error Your order's details have changed. Please review the current values and re-submit.

Ofc there are no shipping options and the customer runs into a dead end, can't complete the order.

I can reproduce this on a local clone of the site. But, when I remove an item from the cart and the OT goes below $150 then all is good, I can complete the order.

In the docs it says that OPC has been validated with

Shipping Methods

Per Item
Flat Rate
Store Pickup
Table Rate (and various clones)
United States Postal Service (usps)
United Parcel Service (ups)
FedEx
Product Delivery by Postcode (PDP)

but does not state free options.

I have a debug file for OPC and can email if required.

Cheers / Frank

Was there any solution to this as I'm seeing the same issue.

The site is running on 1.5.5 and is using version 1.0.7 of One Page Checkout.

Shipping: storepickup and freeshipper
Payment: Sage Pay Form

Re: One-Page Checkout [Support Thread]

@frank18, I've got that correction available in the plugin's GitHub repository, issue #53. I guess it's time to go forward with v1.0.8!

Re: One-Page Checkout [Support Thread]

@jxl1, did you copy the updated version of the jscript_framework.php file to your template's /jscript folder?

Re: One-Page Checkout [Support Thread]

I just submitted v1.0.8 to the Plugins for review; the released versions always available at the plugin's GitHub repository or on my website.

This version of the plugin corrects the following issues (based on GitHub issue number):

#51: Really correct handling for Stripe payment method
#53: Can't checkout if "free shipping over" is set within the ot_shipping module
#55: Don't render sections of the checkout_one page, depending on shipping-/payment-module availability.
#56: Correct interaction with stores using MooTools-based scripts

NOTE: The plugin's base template for the checkout_one page has changed; make sure to update any template-override version you might have created!

Resolved the issue. There was an error with the Sage Pay login details and once that was fixed the message disappeared.

Also I can confirm that this module is compatible with Sage Pay Form.

Thanks for letting us/me know! I'll add Sage Pay to the list of known-to-work payment methods.

Re: One-Page Checkout [Support Thread]

I am running ZC 1.5.5a and just upgraded to 1.08 from 1.07. Everything looks fine in the admin showing the proper version, However the payment options don't appear at checkout so I get the error "Please select a payment option for your order" Attachment 16797. http://allmart.ca

Re: One-Page Checkout [Support Thread]

@allmart, what payment modules are you using? Do you have a template-override version of tpl_checkout_one_default.php? What template are you using?
