Elavon - Converge payment module?

Elavon - Converge payment module?

I’ve been using ZenCart with the add-on module for Elavon’s platform “InternetSecure” but this platform is going to be discontinued and Elavon is switching to something called “Converge” instead. They have just confirmed to me that “Zen Cart itself is not one of the compatible carts on [their] list”. Is there an add-on like for InternetSecure, that will work with Converge?? I don’t want to have to change to an entirely different cart! :(

Any help would be appreciated!

So I have found a plug-in called "MyVirtualMerchant - Zen Cart - Converge" at

which is supposed to do what I need - integrate ZenCart with Elavon Converge.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Does it work? I found a few reviews saying it does, a few saying it doesn't, so I'm no farther along.
Please, ANY help would be appreciated!

Is your payment provider actually Elavon? Or just a reseller for them?
What's the deadline date for the change?
Are you wanting it to accept payments via the Converge website? Or only accept card-payments directly on your own website without any redirect?

Hi DrByte,

I erred - my ZenCart version is actually 1.5.4.

Their announcement of InternetSecure being discontinued is posted here: https://www.elavon.com/isinfo
The deadline for the change is August 31st. I'm reluctant to leave it to the last minute...
So far I have been selling directly on my own site and it's only the final order screen that redirected to the InternetSecure site for the actual credit card transaction. I was hoping to continue doing that!
