Payeezy error PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING

This is the first time I've used this payment module and I'm having a problem.

When attempting a payment, I get:
We could not initiate your transaction because of a system scripting error. Please report this error to the Store Owner: PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING

I've confirmed with PayEezy support the credentials entered into the module are correct. They used them to run a test on their end successfully. However, they do not see any transaction attempts from the cart.

I've enabled logging, but not seeing any logs in the log folder. I've forced an error and get a log file, so the logging function is working.

Fresh install of 1.5.4. Image Handler and Google Analytics are the only plugins at this point.

Update available: https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2050

Thanks!

I uninstalled and reinstalled. FYI - I still get the '- NOTE: A NEW VERSION OF THIS PLUGIN IS AVAILABLE.'

I'm getting a different error this time.
Attachment 16579

I have triple checked the Transarmor Token and it's correct.

Also, it is not generating log files even for 'Log Always'.

Re: Payeezy error PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING

What version is it telling you is installed? (below the "Edit" button in the right column in the admin)

Are you in Sandbox or Live mode?

It's showing:
PayeezyJS 0.91

We're using Live Mode.

Re: Payeezy error PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING

Okay, I guess there's something different in the plugin version reporting between your v154 site and my v155 site that was causing the version alert. I've fudged it in the plugin library to hopefully stop that message for you now.

As for the ta-token issue, you may need to talk to the Payeezy folks directly.
(In the sandbox/dev environment that we use for building the module, the ta-token is always overridden with a testing default so that makes it impossible for us to test that specific part. The downside to this is it makes it very difficult for me to help debug anything related to that as far as the code goes; but I think it's probably not a code issue.)

Does this document help at all? https://www.dropbox.com/s/ceiikbgecmt3rgp/Payeezy%20Setup%20For%20ZenCart%20Customers.docx?dl=1

Yep, the message is gone now.

The document covers items I went through with Payeezy support (They've been very helpful) so unfortunately nothing new. The items entered into Zen Cart:

  • Merchant token
  • API Key
  • API Secret
  • JS_Security_Key
  • TA_TOKEN (Only required For US domiciled merchants)

were tested by their support. I sent them the values I was using, they ran them internally and the test transaction was successful. The conclusion was something about the plugin was the issue. I get that it was/is hard to test, so I'll help, but I'm afraid the ball is back in your court.

Re: Payeezy error PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING

If you're getting FDTOKEN MISSING then your credentials are probably entered incorrectly.

I'm getting PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING whether in Sandbox or Live mode. I will call Payeezy to verify the credentials then.

Re: Payeezy error PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING

Was this ever resolved for the previous posters? I am getting the same result- PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING when I try to run a credit card.

Payeezy support verified that my credentials were correct. I have checked and re-checked to make sure my info is entered correctly in the payeezy module. Uninstalled and reinstalled the latest payeezy module (.93).

Am running zen-cart 1.5.5a .

Any ideas?

Thanks!

It did for my client and it's working on 1.5.5a. Be sure you have the current version of the module.

Re: Payeezy error PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING

Thanks. I am using the latest version. Not sure what I can be doing wrong. Anything else that could be fouling this up outside of entering the info in the module?

Re: Payeezy error PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING

The module depends on 3 files:
/includes/modules/payment/payeezyjszc.php
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/payeezyjszc.php
/includes/modules/pages/checkout_payment/jscript_payeezy.php

The latest versions of these files can be found in the plugin's zip file, or at https://github.com/zencart/payeezyjs

The module also depends on javascript and jquery functioning properly on your site. If you have other plugins using/adding javascript or jquery code, then maybe they're interfering with proper operation.

The module also depends on you entering the correct "live" account credentials in the correct settings fields, and sandbox credentials in the corresponding sandbox settings fields. Mixing them up will cause issues. Instructions are in the readme and on https://github.com/zencart/payeezyjs

the "FDTOKEN-MISSING" error means the javascript couldn't connect to Payeezy's site and get back a valid token, based on the combination of credentials you provided and payment details submitted.

Thank you! We reverted to the default template and things appear to be working. Will proceed from here. Appreciate the help!
