2 Simple Add On - Handling Fee as % and maximum weight for shipping zone

Just a couple of things that would be handy

  1. Handling Fee For Zones - Changes - Allow the handling fee to be one of the below
  • Per Order +$
    Per Order % of Shipping
    Per Order % of Sale - (this one helps if you get charges a percentage of the sale for insurance) example: we get charged $5- insurance per $100 of item value or part there of = 5%
    Per Box +$
    Per Box % of Shipping
    Per Box % of Sale
  1. Maximum Weight for Shipping Zone

So if you have a maximum weight you can ########, example 2kg, you can set to 2kg

Currently if you stop at 2kg and customers order over that weight is shows up as $0.00 shipping
