Help, Why the template/theme broke like this, until reload few time?

Ultimate SEO URLs 2.215 (I am disabled it already)
AJAX Add to Cart for Zen Cart 1.1
Image Handler 4.3.2
CSS Horizontal Dropdown Menu
Zen Lightbox 1.6.4a
Compare Multiple Products
Wishlists
Column Layout
dgReviews
Best Sellers Reloaded 2.0
Google Language Selection 1.0

The problem is first time load any products (You click the products) it go to the product_info page
Then it will show up the top logo Miracle-Mart and a big menu ....
After reload the same page or need reload few time, it will go back to general ...

So I am real lost of direction what is wrong.
