Submitting a Product Review - Displaying Submitted Comment
Had an irate customer write to accuse us of manipulating his review from 4 to 5 stars.
What happened was after submitting his review, the review_default page displayed the last review...by someone with the same forename, with five stars and he didn't bother to note it wasn't his text!
Anyway after trying this out myself, when you submit a review, you would expect some confirmation that showed the sent text with the message that it has to wait for approval. Showing nothing but the last comment or stating "There are currently no product reviews" is not a good user experience, in my opinion.
