Click Fraud Questions - Google AdWords + Shopping + Bing Ads

Hey guys,

Before you say "This isn't ZenCart related", I've tried contacting both Google Support + Bing Support but they've been no help and this is an issue I'd like to resolve sooner rather than later.

I've recently been running into some serious click fraud, this is happening across all of my ad campaigns. At one point my click fraud rate was at a whopping 24% on Google Adwords. I've been looking at both server logs/IPs, as well as using ClickCease to monitor how many clicks a single IP does within a short time frame. I've seen a few static IPs clicking ads 8-12 times a day, some within minutes and some within hours. I've also seen the same devices with a dynamic IP clicking our ads on a daily basis. One device has clicked ads across Google & Bing up to 15 times a day with 15 different IP addresses.

I've blocked the static IPs and the percentage has dropped but it's impossible to block the devices with the dynamic IPs. I've contacted both Google & Bing. Google told me they'll investigate it in 60 days, Bing told me they would be in contact soon but I've heard nothing (This was over a week ago). I'm worried this may affect quality scores / ad ranking because it's so high.

I do both Google and Bing. What is the latest you have found out? How can I tell my click fraud rate? One month my cost jump from 200+ to 800+. My sales did not reflect this at all. Have you ever tried to get them to reimburse you?

Do you have Bing ads conversion installed on Zencart? If so would you share how you got it to work? Bing does not have a clue and sent it to their engineers two weeks ago.

This seems to be one subject on one is on top off!
