Visa Requirement for Store address

Has anyone seen this notice from PaymenTech regarding Visa?

Merchant location requirements for web pages

If you are an eCommerce merchant, your website must contain the merchant location on either the checkout screen
used to present the final transaction amount or within the sequence of web pages that the cardholder accesses during
the checkout process. It must not be a link to a separate page.

Look at section one. Seems like there can be many different things shown but, that there must be something shown.

Thanks - I implemented an edit to the checkout page indicating that shipping would be from the USA

I'm glad to see they are starting to enforce this. Too many eCommerce sites have no Company information or contact information other than a contact form, which can be eMailed anywhere.
