USPS not returning first class parcel quotes

Yesterday my site stopped returning first class parcel quotes from USPS. I did not add or subtract anything from my site in days. I am using 1.5.5e. I have the first class parcel box checked. All other shipping quotes are being received. I did debug USPS and the log looks like USPS returned the quote but at the bottom of the log it only shows that priority mail was shown to the customer. I restored my site to a previous backup. I uninstalled and reinstalled the USPS plugin. Nothing helped. Do you think this has anything to do with my web host? I know they have been experiencing problems because they are based in Houston TX. Unfortunately support service is down. I couldn't find any info that it might be USPS and I also have an ETSY shop that is giving correct quotes so I didn't think it was that. I have tried everything I can think of. Any suggestions????

Are you shipping a pound of feathers or a pound of lead?

Seriously, have you checked that the weight you have specified for the item (plus any tare or other addons) has not suddenly surpassed the limit for first class parcel?

USPS makes changes all the time that don't affect the general operation of ZC but do change what options are presented to the customer.

Also, what version of the USPS module is installed?

I have the same problem. I am running 1.5.4, and the latest USPS module (K9), file has not been changed since April.

Other shipping tools (Shipstation, USPS.com) returning correct 1st class shipping rates.

I am shipping items that are less than an ounce. I have the correct weight on them. It was working on Wednesday but not on Thursday or today. I am using the latest version of USPS.

Not sure yet by memory if I have a restriction on this one product that I'm testing, still looking into that, but here is the debug data from being on the shopping cart page and asking for a shipping estimate. Some destination data is obscured. I do know that the site has first class Parcel selected as a shipping option. I'm wondering if any of the following have changed as I don't think I have a similar debug log from a previous successful time period:

There is more "data", but it relates to the other package types that are showing. Perhaps someone has a similar comparison file available from when it was working (sounds like "Tuesday") that could either offer it up or perform a comparison to see structurally how/if there is a difference of concern.

Also found the raw xml towards the end of the file. May be easier to compare/review for how/why parcel "drops-off" the list.

I cannot reproduce the problem:

I switched from 1st Class Parcel to 1st Class Package COMM ONLINE ... quotes are returning from USPS. I suspect:

• 1st-Class Parcel (NOT WORKING)
• 1st-Class Package Service COMM. ONLINE (APPEARS TO BE WORKING)

I did not test:

• 1st-Class Letter
• 1st-Class Lg. Env

So, at least temporarily, you can use commercial online rates ...

As soon as Ajeh's response came back I tested again and it was working, but I didn't have logging enabled, so don't have a response file against which to compare. Today tried again with logging still off and had the same issue as reported, turned logging on and problem persisted. Keeping logging on for now and will periodically check for a success to see if something different will be logged and also will try to get to a computer so that can provide a log of the "problem" though the data is present to indicate a successful "response" just not being displayed...
