Contact Us page not working / Updating customer's order status not working

Domain is www(dot)sullivanvitamins(dot)com Zen Cart version is v1.5.1

I'm having three issues. The first is the contact page not working for customers. I get the following listed below as when I click Send Now.

The second issue I'm having is in Admin. When I go to update a customer's order to change the order status and click the Update button it never updates and the message to customer disappears.

The third issue is in Admin also. When I go to try to Admin Access Management > Admin Users to update my Admin password it states in Firefox that the Connection is not Secure.

Sorry for the bump but I just tried to update my Store address in Admin and when I clicked Update it erased everything saving nothing.

While not directly related per se to the reported issue, should modify the includes/configure.php and set HTTP_SERVER to begin with https: instead of http:. The site already forces all links to goto https, but ZC does not do that. It is either controlled by an htaccess file or similar redirect.

As for the error message on the contact_us page, what files are in: includes/modules/pages/contact_us?

When did this problem begin? What changed? What php version?

Looks like that resolved issue #1 for the customers sending emails. I had original had my configure.php for HTTP_SERVER as http and the HTTPS_SERVER as https but changing the first HTTP_SERVER to https seems to resolve the customer sending

I'm still having issues in Admin with the other three issues listed below.

OK I ended up changing the configure.php in my admin folder the same way as I did with the regular configure.php. The regular HTTP_SERVER AND HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER are now https.

While it does not identify the effects of having visitors (including admin) redirected to https, not following that direction can cause issues as observed. By the way, it is recommended that the site be updated/upgraded to a more recent version considering that the code is 5+ years old and depends on the use of PHP that is no longer supported.
