Fedex Web Services Update 1-20-2018 -FedEx Web Services Shipping not Displaying Rates

Hi,

We received a notice that Fedex was doing updates to their webservices on 1/20/2018. And indeed our monitor showed that was down for 38 mins. We have several zen carts and are getting mixed results.

1. Zencart V1.5.5e with Numinix Fed Fed Plugin V 1.5.2 - Still Working Displaying rates in estimator and shipping page.

2. Zencart V1.5.5a with Numinix Fed Fed Plugin V 1.4.6 - NO RATES BEING DISPLAYED.
   Went ahead and updated the Numinix Fedex plugin to V 1.5.2 and Still No Rates are being displayed.

Update: Just installed Numinix Fedex shipping V 1.7.0 to the cart with fedex V 1.5.2 that is NOT displaying fedex rates, and still Nothing is displayed. No Errors in the log file.

Ok, just uninstalled Fedex Services V 1.7... And Installed Fedex Services 1.6.8 into one of the carts and it is displaying rates now. Going to install into the other live cart shortly.

It does display Fedex rates now. HOWEVER, it has somehow stopped our other modules from showing rates, such as the table rates module.. They are all showing zero $ even if the fedex option is not a choice shown for the item to be shipped.

Finally got the issue resolved. Went to Numinix's website and downloaded V 1.4.9 installed and works perfectly.

Resolved the issue by installing Numinix Fedex Web Services V 1.4.9. all works correctly now.
