I don't know if there's a plugin for the currency-detection, but there's a setting in your admin's ***Configuration->My Store ***named Language Selector. Try changing that setting from its default value (er) *Default *to Browser, which detects the language based on the customer's browser's settings.

In the same menu listing there is a setting to also change the currency to match the language: Switch To Default Language Currency.
