Store not working with NMI Gateway

So I just switched my gateway over to NMI from USA ePay & it's not working.
We did a test by creating a new user account, added an item to the cart, filled out checkout form, clicked "confirm order" & the page appears to refresh.
No errors, the order doesn't go thru on the NMI end or the Zen Cart end. We are stumped.
We reached out to NMI, but they have so little documentation on ZC because almost none of their users use it.
Please help.
