Help Wanted - For Hire Recommendation

As identified/discussed in this post: https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?224202-Additional-Shiiping-Options-Required-in-Zone-Rates&p=1347925#post1347925 accessing the forum thread: Commercial Help Wanted without being logged in as a support providing individual or having posted to the thread displays information that the thread is not monitored.

Suggest modifying that display for that page to offer some other response.

Ideas (however favorable or not) include but are not limited to:
Remove the statement about no posts in the last 365 days.
Explanation of why no posts are displayed.
Showing the date of the latest post without any other additional detail about its source/reason/etc...
Average time between initial post and closure of thread.
Some display of number of originating posts over some period of time.
Words of encouragement to seek support and/or use the FAQs.
Other ideas that might follow...

TIPS TO GET RESPONSES:

• give lots of relevant details, including version numbers of Zen Cart and PHP and MySQL and the plugins or templates you have installed, especially those related to whatever work you want done; don't make them ask for all the necessary information;
• indicate your budget, so they know whether your offer is attractive or worth their time;
• indicate your timeline so they can determine whether they are available to do the work in the timeframe you require it;

Might add one thing at the point of describing to provide all information "(like when posting elsewhere in the forum) don't make them ask for it...".
