New Products not showing on home page

I have installed a commercially purchased theme, but apparently it does not seems to have a section for "New Products" on home page. It has special products and featured products, but not for new products. I have enabled new products from admin, but it does not show up
Bellow is the code for special product, how can I make it for new products?

You would have to contact the theme creator to figure it out... the HTML above does not match anything I have for a default install...

While, yes, the template provider should be approached (for multiple reasons such as to include the standard functionality in their template), generally speaking the file in question is includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_index_default.php

Comparing the changes made to it against the file in the template_default directory should shed some light on how to reincorporate the display of new product.

There are other files also involved that may have been changed to provide the featured/special product. If similar changes have not yet been made to the new product display then comparison to those files may be necessary to get the new product to display properly as well.
