How to add a new top-level admin Menu

Greetings,

I understand how to add a new admin menu link to an existing top-level menu from this tutorial:

My question is how does one add a new top-level admin menu? I would like to put all of my various custom/modified addons under its own top-level menu!

Yes! I did a search in the plugins. Looks as if you have several contributions, very nice. Which one should I look at to create the new admin menus?

For the newest release I've added your choice manual or automatic install of the SQL updates :)

Next up will be adding useful widgets and relevant business and live cart status reports to the dashboard and supporting Twitch pages.
