Modules Folder, where they would fit better ?

Unfortunately I like to complicated.
Where would it be better to have a modules folder.
admin/includes/modules ( I actually already use it), but, looking at zencart structure they "don't belong" there.
Maybe extradata_files.... however zencart will look and pull files in that directory.
But if it is inside a folder I guess it wont ?

I really miss a place where I can put stuff related to a module. .ini, documentation to parse, extra js, or whatever, without spreading files around.

So where is would it be the best place that I can have my zen place / space inside zencart ?

FWIW, I normally use the following structure to place my plugins' files. They wind up "spread out" but more easy to find, IMO, since they're in directories specific to their function:

admin ............................................................... additional processing modules
admin/includes/auto_loaders ................................. auto-loading required for class and/or initialization files
admin/includes/classes ........................................ non-observer classes
admin/includes/classes/observers .......................... observer-type classes
admin/includes/extra_datafiles .............................. additional processing modules' filenames and/or database-table names
admin/includes/functions ..................................... non-autoloading additional functions
admin/includes/functions/extra_functions ............... multi-use/autoloading additional functions
admin/includes/init_includes ................................. initialization files required by the plugin
admin/includes/languages/english/extra_definitions ... multi-use language constants and/or those needed for admin-menu registration
admin/includes/languages/english .......................... language constants for additional processing modules
admin/includes/modules/plugin_name .................... HTML blocks inserted into "core" files by the plugin's processing

But seriously, then :
admin/modules/plugin_name/Docs
admin/modules/plugin_name/install
admin/modules/plugin_name/libs

wouldn't be so shocking

The only thing with moving **all **those files to /admin/includes/modules/plugin_name is that they're "non-standard" locations. For me, when I'm helping someone to debug their site, it would take me more time to figure out where those files are.
