Additional images not loading to server

1.5.5f PHP 7.1 IH 5.1.1

Additional images are not loading into directory public_html/images - not sure where to look or what to look for - seems (not validated) that this started happening after updating IH from 4.3 to 5.1.1

Question: does Image Handler determine if additional images load to the directory public_html/images? - if not what does? (if si I will have to try deleting IH and begin again?)

Hi Melanie, thanks for responding - I will post there however I posted in here because I needed an answer to my question so that I didn't make assumptions it was an IH thing and be heading down the wrong track :) I know IH loads the additional images to the product_info page .... but ....

Not sure exactly what you mean, so: IH uploads additional images and creates the proper naming fashion for Zen Cart to know then exist and display them.

Hi Melanie, thanks for responding - I was just trying to ascertain whether the uploading of additional images was a function of IH (solely) or whether the problem I have lay somewhere else :) I took your advice and posted in the IH thread and Cindy is endeavoring to sort me out :)
