Small software project for first-timer: Pay by Invoice mod

If you've never updated a Zen Cart plugin before, here's a mod that needs to be adopted:

Suggested first change:

  • add Zone support

Suggested second change:

  • remove hardcoded check for "invoice_" payment group, make this configurable through the admin.
