Instructions on installing Avignon Template?

Need a little more help then what is offered with the download.
Do I unzip ALL folders and then FTP to my directory?
Or am I supposed to be FTPing zipped folders (doesn't seem right but its been awhile)

Normally you need to upload the template folder (unzipped) to the following directory
/public_html/includes/templates/

so it will be as the following:

/public_html/includes/templates/my-new-template/
