EPDQ Barclaycard

Can anyone tell me please if this plugin will work with Zen Cart V 1..5.7 https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=731
If not is it difficult to update?

I am trying to port EPDQ to 1.5.8, basically copying the necessary bits from the PayPal handler. Taking some time. But seeing some progress.
