missing Index file in my public html

NOTE: I am not sure of my version of zen cart

my website is: scrappyclipartcentral.com

my website is hosted with godaddy, and I went in yesterday to work on my site and I got this error message.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Their tech said that I am missing the index file in public_html

Question is - where do I find the index file to add to the public_html?

I don't know how how it may have gone missing!

Edited: trying to do a restore now.

TIA

Nancie

Re: missing Index file in my public html

If you can FTP to the site, look in /includes/version.php for the info.
