Order Total in Admin adds the Discount Coupon instead of Subtracting

The orders calculate correctly and give the correct amount at check out, but the confirmation email sent to the customer list the tax twice and calculates the tax twice. I tried using developers toolkit to see if I could find the double listing to no avail, I really need to fix this. Below is an example of what the emails look like. The actual total price should be $86.22

When a customer makes a purchase using a discount coupon it is calculated correctly during checkout, however it shows the price with the discount added to the total instead of subtracted in the Admin Order Total. It also adds the discounted amount on the Invoice even though it shows as a Discount Coupon w/-the coupon value. I have included a sample of the invoice below. The actual price should be $86.22

Both your problems are probably caused by a mod that has been added to the site or included with the template.

Can you give us more information on the makeup of your site?
