Remove email address from gift certificate faq?

Remove email address from gift certificate faq?

I would like to remove the email address from the gift certificate faq under "when problems occur".

I would then like there to be a link in its place going to the contact us page.

I believe the correct file to edit is gv_faq.php, around line 75. But I am a novice and don't how to make it happen.

to

  using our <a href="index.php?main_page=contact_us">Contact Us</a> page. Please make sure you give
  as much information as possible regarding the issue so that we can fully address the problem.');

Please note that if you're using a URL rewriter (e.g. USU or Ceon URI Mapping), you'll likely want to make that update using the zen_href_link function:
