Email PDF of Invoice

I deal with a lot of local customers for commercial business. They have accounts and we invoice them and they pay a net 30..
I would love to be able to email them a copy of their invoice after I review the order and know I have it all in stock, etc.
Now I am manually printing it to a PDF and emailing it. Any steps I can do to save time, I'm all about.

which I remember doing a lot of fiddling with in 2010 and interchanging emails with the (german) developer...then never used it.

The people who do the german Zen Cart offer it so it must have been updated:

I'm sure they will take your money....I know nothing about them, caveat emptor.

Another option would be to use Catalog Invoice and let them create the PDF if desired.

As a visitor I do not know what is considered local... maybe you want to say pick up from New Orleans warehouse only? In the about you mention that you are a retailer but offering these prices to builders.... if it is a small group you are working with you might want to have them create an account to view the prices? You do not need negative feelings from retail customers seeing they could have bought from you cheaper on the website. Just thoughts... maybe you have these all under control.... still think it is a nice website.

What mod are you using to have the category pictures show differently on the front page each time it is refreshed? FYI you probably want to load the mod for products with missing pictures.... saw one on the front page... for that one time.
