Shipping Address Phone Number

Hi,
My client requires a shipping address phone number field to be added to the clients address book. This is so they can phone ahead in advance. What php page(s) and DB table(s) so I have to modify for this? I tried attaching an image of the page but it would not let me, however the page URL is : index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping_address.

The Similar Threads at the bottom of this page give a couple of solutions though they may need adapting to work with ZC v1.57, searching the forum for 'Shipping Address Phone Number' may give additional threads to look at.
