Number of products displayed on admin side

It seems likely that there is a configuration setting for this, but I haven't found it. Is there a way to specify the number of products displayed on one screen for admin use as well as for customer use? I know how to change the customer side but haven't found any way to change the admin side.

Thanks, I think my brain got as far as 'Maximum Categories' and said, nope, that's not it. It still seems oddly worded to me, but as long as it worked, that's all I needed.
