Where is the phpMyadmin 4.9.7 database backup custom setting how to page?

That is my question, I have been stumped trying to find the same "ticks" for making a good custom DB backup but all the zen links lead me to the same page https://docs.zen-cart.com/user/running/backup/. This is not the same as a list we could refer to before. It had setting for v3.3 or lower, using v3.4 to 3.9, and v4.x as i recall. I have phpMyAdmin 4.9.7. This link appears to be for a one fit all version that i cant match settings with confidence.
Please help, I am needing to do some DB backups!

Just verified against phpMyAdmin 4.9.7. What's specified in the help is correct, except you might not see these:

Tick “Complete Inserts” (helpful during upgrades if you have many custom fields added by modifications made to your site)
Tick “Extended Inserts” to help keep the file smaller, especially if you are just making backups for safekeeping and not for troubleshooting something.

Everything else is the default setting for a Custom export.

Note that your cPanel may also provide a Backup utility which allows you to export your database with one click.

Yes, it was those missing ticks that had me confused looking for different settings in this version. I do need to set up a backup utility.

We just found an old printout for v4x and it does say use mostly default settings.

Output: Leave all the settings defaults except maybe Compression
Object creation options: -check the box next to DROP TABLE
