If you have the right host, you will find these options under Files in your cPanel.

Thanks for your hard work in getting these features into the documentation @dbltoe. As you point out, with cPanel it's a snap, so there's no excuse.

Thanx for the flowers but, it is great that you got the other info in the docs.

Unfortunately, backups are a common item turned off in cPanel so the host can make a little more money. Some have even set a download file size max that prohibits a zip of the root from downloading.:censored:

We look at it like the equivalent to the used-car guy saying, "Oh, you wanted tires with that?" :( Had one transfer where the customer had to threaten to sue their host as the host claimed it was their property once the customer placed the data on their server.

Kudos as usual to the folks who help on the Zen Cart forum and with the new docs. Super Kudos to the folks that turn their precious time into a mod that makes it better for all of us.

It just keeps getting better and better.

And don't forget that fully backing up one's site is made of two parts: software and database.
