we can manual add tax rates and zones according the countries of EU database and their vat , or we can find ready table geo zones with eu tax rates to upload in our database ?

my logistic program i made (print) invoices to the customers has allready module online and fill the tax according the eu country.
Exist any module like this for zencart ?

Finally I made manual edit the tax rates and the zones for countries out of EU and Eu countries according their Vat each one.
