Products Options Stock Manager

Products' Options' Stock Manager (v4.3.0 — Last Updated: 2022-02-28)

Have just installed this and our preferred configuration is that if a product is out of stock it should still show in the store. When people order we can then initiate a new order to our supplier. Is there a way of indicating this to the customer? At the moment it simply adds nothing to the basket without a comment.
