PayPal Instant Payment Notification Warning

Zen: 1.5.7c
PHP 5.6

We are using PayPal express. Over the last 3 days May 7 2022 - May 10 2022, we get the email from PayPal warning:
"PayPal Instant Payment Notification Warning"

We have made no changes.

However, orders appear to be coming in with no problems. No errors in the logs
Is this a PayPal issue? Is anyone else experiencing this?
