On top of my website, there is a "HEADER_TITLE_CREATE_ACCOUNT". How to make it show "Create Account"?

On the footer of my site, there are things like Quick Links

BOX_HEADING_SPECIALS
BOX_HEADING_WHATS_NEW
CATEGORIES_BOX_HEADING_PRODUCTS_ALL

BOX_INFORMATION_ABOUT_US
BOX_INFORMATION_SHIPPING
BOX_INFORMATION_PRIVACY
BOX_INFORMATION_CONDITIONS

How to make it show "specials", "shipping", etc?

On top of my website, there is a "HEADER_TITLE_CREATE_ACCOUNT". How to make it show "Create Account"?You do not specify your version of ZC and the define for this variable is not in 1.5.7 or 1.5.8 standard files.

I did not check the others as it appears you are not using a standard template either. Or do you have some mod in the header?

I have a brand new install. So I am using zencart 1.5.8

Your template is causing you endless headaches. I would highly recommend switching to either Responsive Classic or Bootstrap.
