Admin Login Page

I'm a lazy bugger and I am wanting to the Admin Login page to have a dual purpose. I would like to add a hyperlink to the store so I can click on it rather than having two seperate shortcuts on my desktop. I take it that I will need to add a href line and link to JAYS Model Kits but I can't see to find the relevant file.
I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

Added a link on your admin login.
Click on the store logo on your admin login screen.
Of course normally you would have to log in to the admin, then click on store.
