minimum order for only manufacturer

Good morning, I'm going to ask if there is a plug-in or a modification, to be able to choose a manufacturer to give a minimum order for the products of the same, let me explain better, I would like the minimum order for that manufacturer to be one certain amount. Thank you

You will have to work with a developer to build something that works for your specific needs.

Around here it is not assumed =) Many developers answer questions like this in here and can provide code solutions. Fishing for work is not allowed, nor do you see it here much at all. Everytime I have ever seen it, it was dealt with swiftly.
