Upcoming 2.0.0-rc2 build

Great progress has been made on the tax/penny off issues from:

https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?229752-Different-Total-Displayed/

so we'll be doing another release candidate before the final build.

We'll appreciate testing with those pricing updates on this release-candidate build, ***especially ***sites that display prices with tax (storefront, mostly) and have products with attribute-varying pricing!

Any issues found, please report them via the above thread.
