In v2.0.0 why do New Listing, All Listing, **** not display?

What URL? Can you do a screenshot? Not seeing this.

If I add some additional plugins to Admin they do not display either.

Can you be more specific - what are the URLs of the plugins you tested that had this issue so I can test?

Ok, I have read all of that. Nothing I can see explains why the options do not appear in the drop down menu or how to turn them on.

They don't exist anymore.

In v2.x.x, they are all configured the same way product listing pages are, using the settings described in the product listing configuration page.

It displays when running zc_install

See image below - looks good to me.
Are you sure you have the rc2 build? Look at includes/version.php.
It should say

define('PROJECT_VERSION_MINOR', '0.0-rc2');

Plugins are installing correctly. eg Printable Price list, Access Blocker etc
The mistake was entirely my fault in trying to work out why the other options are not displaying.

I am fortifying both the What's New and Release Specific Upgrade Considerations page to say (after the text I quoted to you):

              (Note: this means the menu items "All Listing," "New Listing" and "Featured Listing" under the Configuration Menu are no longer there; go to the Configuration > Product Listing menu instead.)

Hopefully this will make the change more explicit.

zc_install/includes /version.php has define('PROJECT_VERSION_MINOR', '0.0-rc1');

You have downloaded the wrong file then.

Downloaded the file linked in the notification last night. I see that the actual file and the zip file has been changed since then.

Right, for whatever reason, the built-in Responsive Classic template doesn't contain the 'flag' that indicates to the Layout Boxes Controller that it supports the single-column switches.

Update: Strike that, that template 'defers to' a site's setting of $uses_single_column_layout_settings to true. Why that is, I don't know.
