Admin Home Link Won't Load

I've used the same Admin Home bookmark for years. It worked about a month ago. Now I get this error message:

This page isn’t working
https://www.highcastlecrafts.com is currently unable to handle this request.

I've spoken to support at Bluehost, but they couldn't do anything (at least the one person I spoke with couldn't).

Re: Admin Home Link Won't Load

Bluehost will only let me choose PHP versions 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3.

Re: Admin Home Link Won't Load

HighCastleCrafts:

The address my Admin Home bookmark links to is https://www.highcastlecrafts.com/admin/index.php?cmd=login&camefrom=index.php (where, here, I put "admin" in place of the actual name).

Does this address look correct? Thanks again.
That looks correct. For a server-500 error, there's a /logs/myDebug-adm-{date/time information}.log file waiting to tell you/us what's going on.

Note the the log will contain you admin directory's name, so make sure you obscure/edit those if you post the information online!
