Discount Coupon Includes Shipping in Discount

Hello, I've created a discount coupon for 10% off, and it does work, however it discounts the entire order, including shipping. I want it to discount 10% of the product, but not shipping. How can this be accomplished?

Admin > Modules > Order Total > Coupons > Edit
Include shipping = false.
