Flat Rate Clone

I'm working on upgrading to 2.0 and wondering if i can still use the flat rate clone as it was only tested for earlier versions. Can I use it in 2.0?

I believe you will have to re-clone it, much of the structure has changed in 2.0.

Hmm, it's not working. I did as I did in years past, but not working on this new version. I'm sure it's a small thing but, cannot find it.
