Newsletter and Product Notifications Manager Issue

Can anyone help me please?

I am able too send emails to my customers and my email settings are set on Php sending mode.

When i goto TOOLS > Newsletter and Product Notifications Manager and i try to send myself a message I am unable to do so.
I dont get an error but i get nothing sent to me in my email inbox.

Can anyone tell me if i am doing something wrong here and how can I fix this issue?

I also get this message o the top of my screen in Admin..

What is your Zen Cart version, PHP version... any mods installed?

Additionally, your site's settings for Configuration :: Email. From the message posted, it appears that @amebb has set the email to be sent via SMTP protocol, but the credentials supplied are not valid.
