Installed Shipstation and Rates not showing in store

The shipstation plugin is not a shipping module, it's a connector for printing labels. You'll need to use a shipping modules under Modules >> Shipping

Thank you for your response. Shipstation told me that it did not integrate into Zen Cart. Despite the fact that it did integrate shipping rate for other eCommerce software. Unfortunately, those did not meet my needs. And my shipping problem was solved with the USPS module. The problem was due to the tare weight being improperly set. Somewhere in the upgrades of the module, a change in the way packaging is calculated.

Anyhow, I thank you for the complete explanation on the Shipstation module.

I just wanted to add to this thread for anyone using shipstation and shipping via UPS there is a way to get rates. I installed upsoauth pluggin. You have to create an account with UPS and get the UPS Rates Client ID and UPS Rates Client Secret setup as per the upsoauth pluggin. When you get that operational you will get rates but not the discounted rate that you receive from shipstation. Now look at one of the tracking numbers from a label that you created with UPS from shipstation. Ignore the 1Z and write down the next six characters from that tracking number. That is the UPS Rates Shipper Number number that shipstation is using. In the upsoauth module plug in that shipper number and for the option Customer Classification Code choose 00. This now will pull the discounted rate that you get from shipstation. I don't know why it can pull someone elses rate with your client ID and Secret but it does. I double checked with the shipstation rate estimator on several packages. Your results may vary.
