mobile-menu boxes not showing in layout boxes controller

I am working on a v2.1.0

Trying to understand what I may be missing.
I have two setups, one in local and one specular (or so I think) live.

In the local setup in the "layout boxes controller" I see

Main-Page Boxes
Active Left-Column Boxes
Active Right-Column Boxes
Inactive Main-Page Boxes

Header Boxes
Active Boxes
Inactive Boxes

Mobile-Menu Boxes
Active Boxes
Inactive Boxes

Of course with the list of boxes in each section (active and inactive) save for the header one that shows only "sideboxes/MY_BOOTSTRAP_CLONE_TEMPLATE/search_header.php whereas the othe two have all boxes.

In the live setup however I only see the following two sections

Main-Page Boxes
Active Left-Column Boxes
Active Right-Column Boxes
Inactive Main-Page Boxes

Header Boxes
Active Boxes
Inactive Boxes

and am missing the "Mobile-Menu Boxes"

I have reset them, and tried switching template to" bootstrap", and "responsive classic" but none have the "Mobile-Menu Boxes", on the other hand in the local setup the "Mobile-Menu Boxes" is not present only in the "responsive classic"

To further confuse me in the local setup when testing the mobile version thru the brwoser's developer tool MY_BOOTSTRAP_CLONE_TEMPLATE displays the "more_information" box in the mobile menu (hamburger icon), but not other boxes I put in the "active boxes", in the bootstrap template none is visible in the mobile menu.

While I can't 'speak to' the discrepancy between your local vs. live differences, you've pointed out that I need to update the Bootstrap template to indicate that it doesn't (yet) support the mobile-menu settings.

I wonder what I did to have the bootstrap clone to have it.

Anyhow to add some more confusion in the live setup, where no "Mobile-Menu Boxes" is present, but the more_information box now is showing up in mobile device.

However the "news_box_sidebox" is not showing, and this both in local, and live setups.
