My IP is blocked by cloudfare - cannot access www.zen-cart.com

Hi all,

I'm back once again testing out zen cart after having a 10 year long break. Nice to be back!

However, cloudflare is blocking my IP so I can only access https://www.zen-cart.com from my phone on 4G. How do I go about unblocking me?

Yes, cloudflare may be blocking things if prior (not necessarily by you) malicious activity has been detected from your ISP.

I'll need your IP address to investigate and see whether it's an "old" (potentially obsolete) block, or if it's a current concern, and then determine a resolution.
You can post it here, or Private Message it to me if you like.
It can be the IP on the same screen as the Cloudflare Ray ID being shown with the "you're blocked" message.

I have the same problem, it is very annoying, I can neither load the support site, nor the add-on’s page.

Interestingly, I can get almost everywhere with no problem. However, going to Community > Members' List and clicking on any member's User Name gets me blocked.

I was getting blocked by clicking on any forum thread this morning - however it all seems back to normal now.

The intermittent blocks should be fixed now.

My Edge browser is suddenly being blocked by ZenCart.
I can access through Google Chrome, same ip address, so it doesn't make sense that it is just the Edge browser being blocked.
Initially it happened when I clicked on the "Support" button from the Admin page.
I have cleared cookies and cache and restarted but still same issue.
I haven't personally changed any settings in Edge, maybe from an update that occured automatically.

At the bottom of that block page there's a "Ray ID". If you share it I can correlate it to the "why".

Some additional information.
It is Edge User Agent that is the issue.
Edge is sending "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/149.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/149.0.0.0"

but this one works "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/149.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edge/149.0.0.0"

Were you able to resolve it? If so, would you mind sharing the steps taken to fix?
