I just want to say Thanks for all the efforts in creating the Helcim plugin.
It was very easy to install and get up and working. Helcim is the best payment option
ever in my opinion. It is working flawlessly with Zen Cart 2.10. No errors at all.
Very to get setup and easy to use, tech support is great as well as the rates.
We have done at lot of ACH transfers using the invoice function.
It would be nice if ACH could be added to the plugin.

Been capturing payments successfully on zen 2.1.
Today i noticed one uncaptured helcim payment but no order on my admin end was received. Does capturing manually release funds finalizing the order and creating the zen cart order ?
I also didn't make any changes.

it sounds like there was an error in the order creation part on ZC.

are there any debug logs? i'm guessing there should be a debug log. please post it here.

but nothing that you would manually do on the helcim dashboard would create an order in ZC.
