Question on Shipping and Payment.

My question is I am using Square Webpay. If a customer registered only in the United States address and the shipping is their US Address and they use a Credit/Debit Card that is out of the country and it doesn't match there US Address does it automatically decline the sale?

The customer is asked if their billing address is the same as their shipping address.

It's the customer's responsibility to make sure everything matches.

Even when there is a proper match with both, Square and other processors may reject the sale due to the billing being in a known fraud area.

Square will work well for you as long as the customer does their part.
