Shipstation 409 error

I have been getting a 409 error from shipstation for a while, and I can normally hit refresh, but now it's not working at all. I contacted them, and they claim it's an issue with either the server, or zencart. I am running out of things to try to get it to work.

No clue where to check next. 409 error isn't very well documented.

Yes, I updated to the newest version, and am still getting the same error.

No clue what is going on, but first they blame the issue on zen cart, or my host, but they claim that it's fixed now, and it is. They claim they did a deep refresh on their end, which apparently resolved the issue. I have been having issues on and off with shipstation for years.

It is back to setting the 409 error, support has no clue why. I just checked the log folder, and since Friday, there have been two files stored, having to do with shipstation. I have the latest version of shipstation.php installed. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Those messages imply that the Admin Username ("SS-UserName" parameter in the URL) doesn't match an existing Admin user username configured in your Admin. In those cases it should have been sending a 401.

That said, this specific log shouldn't happen, so I've posted v2.1 which avoids triggering the log.
