Getting this error log and wanting to know if I should be updating the PayPal module and which update I should be using.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

There have been a slew of issues like you're reporting with the paypalwpp.php payment module that have been corrected over the past 2 1/2 years (since zc158a) was released. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that the current zc210+ version that's available on GitHub (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zencart/zencart/refs/heads/master/includes/modules/payment/paypalwpp.php) will operate on your older zc158a installation.

You can give that a try (making sure you have a backup copy of the current version).

What I have done is disable the guest checkout option and since doing that it appears that the error logs have stopped but will know in a couple of days when people place more orders and use PayPal.
