Alpha build of 2.2.0 now available

dbltoe:

Wait till you have tri-focals:P . We old guys need all the contrast we can get.

I rate myself not particularly old but I build a custom dark/light template with "lightswitch" on the front and back-end nevertheless. I do not understand why so many sites still work with a black font versus massive white background nowadays. It's bad for health, readability, environment, battery life and what else. Its also relatively easy, I just asked AI to invert color codes on the css files and it now alternates between those css files if a certain cookie is set.

anyone know when 2.2 is going to be released

Working on it.

And an excellent job the devs are doing. :bigups:

https://crazygamer.uk/tester/ also did this too, one css file though not two, js toggle changes post fix on css rule used. only issue i get is a flash of white background when in dark and changing pages. Got distracted by a t-shirt customiser module i need and almost have right lol.

We're trying to draw 2.2 to a close but have been delayed. Shooting for before the end of the first quarter.

Once this is wrapped up, we'll begin discussion of 3.0 - lots of exciting work planned!
