Any sleek modern templated for v 2.1.0?

Does anyone know of any sleek modern looking templates for v2.1.0 that work with the latest PHP release (8+?)?

It definitely feels like support for zencart from the community and small businesses that create add-ons has dropped off since the v2 release. I personal love zen cart and would quite like to continue using it while maintaining the latest version with a good looking store.
